How come there's no a single bad review for this company They chemical wash my compressor and soon after at night got power shut down. Then say pcb spoilt. I must pay for it. Hello. You spoilt it. Why must I pay. It was working well for all these years. Until I engage you my PCB spoil. How are you going to compensate me. If I dont hear from you by this week, I will bring this matter to CASE and seek full refund for sure.
Recently I engaged them to chemical wash my units. I was surprised that they were giving chemical wash at a very affordable rate. Suspecting their workmanship, I called them up and the admin/boss explained to me so clearly and confidently how the process would be carried out and how much experience his guys possess. Therefore I went ahead to book an appointment to wash 2 of my units. They came last Thursday to wash my units. The next day I encountered that one of the units that they chemical washed started to have loud noises. Most probably from the motor or blower. Experiencing their sloppy work, I didn't dare to call them again. Therefore I called my usual aircon team to come over. After assessment they told me that the side blower for the unit was chipped off. Most probably during the wash. I was so disappointed. I made a biggest mistake to have called them. I had to spend another 200 plus to change the blower. Please think before engaging them. From what I have experienced workers are sloppy and did a very fast job. Really bad experience.
Do not engage their services. I asked to do chemical overhaul for my 3units and these 2 Indian workers told me it is very clean and no need to do. And asked me to pay $30 each for normal servicing as the coils are not choked. Then the staff via WA conversation told me my units model too old and it will complicate the aircon systems if they take out the whole unit. After that the Indian guys said my 2 compressors need to service at $80 each but I did not see them do any thorough washing and all were done around 45mins. I checked the compressors were not clean as they claimed. And when I asked them why they did not inform our neighbours that they are washing the compressors and they brushed it off saying it was raining and it was not raining at that time so this made me confused. You should be asking the customer about the model of the aircon units or ask them to take photos before arranging. If cannot be done like my case then please inform the customer.
